Condition

Original canvas, which is slightly undulated in the lower corners. As a result there are two thin vertical lines and a chip of paint loss in the lower right corner. There is an area of paint loss in the upper right quadrant of the work with slightly unstable craquelure. There are very minor flecks of gold pigment and paint loss to the edges of the canvas, possibly due to frame abrasion with associated wear. There is a damage underneath horse's legs. The work is unframed.
