Condition
Original canvas, which is quite thin in places. The paint surface is slightly dirty. There is an area of craquelure running vertically along the left hand edge of the canvas and further fine lines of craquelure elsewhere. Uv light reveals two patches of retouching in the lower right hand corner and scattered retouching to the figures and to a vertical line in the top left quadrant. There are further spots of retouching in places elsewhere. UNFRAMED
