Acquired directly from the above by the present owner, early 1990s

Condition

The paint surface is dirty and covered with a layer of slightly yellowed varnish. A crease across the top left hand corner of the board has resulted in a crack in the paint surface. There are some spots of very minor paint loss in places on the inner frame edge. Under UV pigment fluoresces in the sky and in some of the buildings, but varnish prevents a conclusive analysis. Held in a gold painted wood frame. Unexamined out of frame.
