Provenance

Private Collection, United States, circa 1972

Exhibited

Condition

Original canvas. The surface is dirty and covered with a layer of slightly yellowed varnish. There is some minor craquelure, though the paint layer appears sound. Under UV some minor pigments fluoresce near the upper edge, though this could be original and varnish prevents a conclusive analysis. Held in a silver painted wood frame. Unexamined out of frame.
