Condition
The board is sound. The paint surface has a light layer of dirt. There is very minor light wear and flecks of paint loss to the edges of the board and wear to the bottom right corner, possibly due to frame abrasion. There is a small chip of wood missing in the top right corner. There is a light craquelure pattern. There are three small chips of paint loss to the back of the bather. The paint surface appears thin in the lower quarter of the canvas. There is an area of damage with associated paint loss to the right hip of the foreground sitter. There are light scratched throughout. The painting is unframed.
