Condition
The surface is covered with a layer of varnish. The work appears to have been cleaned and restored. There are some very minor spots of craquelure but it is in overall fine condition. Under UV pigment fluoresces in the sky and in some areas of the scene below. Held in a gold painted wood frame with plaster molding. Unexamined out of frame.
