the cylindrical body repoussé and chased with tulips and foliage with three Biblical scenes in oval reserves, the lid and scroll handle with conforming floral decoration, the thumbpiece and three ball feet cast with foliage, the lid applied with a later cast coat-of-arms and the interior with a later dedicatory inscription

the hinged lid slightly loose, with slight dent to on edge of lower edge of cylindrical body and to center of scroll handle
