  • Gilded silver, enamel, oil on wood, wood frame, silk backing

the icon finely painted, the gilded silver oklad chased with foliate ornament with pinecones, with spandrels and halos enameled with pink and magenta flowerheads and brightly colored foliage

Condition

the oklad with some small discoloration, probably from contact with wood and the frame with some losses to fabric covering consistent with age; otherwise in overall good condition
