- 18 karat gold, ruby, emerald, sapphire, diamond
centered by oval-shaped cabochon rubies, together weighing approximately 10.35 carats, framed and accented by numerous round diamonds weighing approximately 3.70 carats and further set with round rubies, sapphires and emeralds, signed Van Cleef & Arpels, one earclip numbered N.Y.2257 S.O., the other earclip numbered N.Y.39649, ©1968.
Condition
In good condition.The rubies are moderately included medium dark purplish red. With some cavities due to surface reaching inclusions. The sapphires are medium dark slightly violetish blue and lightly included and the emeralds are a vivid green and moderately included, some examples bearing abrasions and cavities due to surface reaching inclusions. All of the colored stones are richly saturated. The 34 round diamonds are approximately E-F color and VVS-VS clarity. Dimensions: 1 1/4 inch diameter.
