- 18 karat gold, diamond
of gold ropework design, set with round and single-cut diamonds weighing approximately 5.00 carats, manual movement, length 6⅛ inches, dial signed Van Cleef & Arpels, caseback numbered 3842_, inner caseback numbered 10257, circa 1955.
Condition
In good condition overall. The diamonds are approximately F-G color, VS-SI clarity. The watch with manual movement unsigned, currently running. Total gross weight without movement approximately 30 dwts. Crown later replaced. Slight surface scratching commensurate with wear, crystal lightly scratched, and dial stained. Faintly stamped "Made in France" on underside of female end of the clasp. Fitted with a safety closure. Dimensions: length 6 1/8 inches, 7/8 inch wide.
