Description

  • Boucheron
  • platinum, emerald, diamond, enamel
designed as a bow set with calibré-cut emeralds, bordered by black enamel and framed by old European and single-cut diamonds weighing approximately 1.50 carats, centered by a single marquise-shaped diamond weighing approximately .40 carat, signed Boucheron, Paris, French workshop and assay marks.

Condition

In good condition. The 28 calibré-cut emeralds weighing approximately 3.60 carats are a bright green color, they are lightly included overall with at least two examples bordering on moderately to heavily included. Some of the stones have small cavities due to surface reaching inclusions and a few have some light scratching due to age; one emerald at the end is significantly chipped. The one marquise-shaped diamond weighing approximately .40 carat is approximately F-G color and VS-SI clarity, and the 92 old mine diamonds weighing approximately 1.50 cts are predominantly H-I color and SI clarity. There is very slight chipping to the enamel but no major losses. Dimensions: 3 1/4 inches by 1/2 inch.
