Condition
The work is in generally good condition aside from a few minor discoloration and scratches at left.
King Charles Spaniels on a Blanket: 13 by 10 in.; 33 by 25.4 cm. The surface of the work is in good condition apart from minor surface soiling in the background at the top, a slightly abraded area near the right edge at center.
Elizabeth Jenkins, Pekingese: 10 by 14 in.; 25.4 by 35.6 cm. The surface of the work is in generally good condition with a thick varnish. The varnish separating in places, most visibly in the red cushion.
