Condition

The canvases lined. The surface of the works is in generally good condition apart from a few small paint losses to each work. Stretcher marks. Even pressed craquelure and pigment separation. Crib with some lifting resulting in paint loss at upper right and upper left. Under UV: Crib with repainted pigment separation and craquelure throughout the dog, with old repaint on its back. Substantial repaint in the grey background, also along the bottom edge addressing frame abrasion. Bobtail with a repair beside the dog's chest. Old repaint addressing pigment separation throughout the dog. The ground and top two inches of sky with significant repaint . Two possible repaired holes lower left.
