comprising one dress sword with mother-of-pearl grip and two with fishskin grips, all with etched blades, blades by Henry B. Allen & Co., New York, another with ivory grip and acorn-ended quillons, unmarked. Together with a German sword with ivory grip and lion's head pommel, by Adolph Braul, Berlin, all with scabbards. 5 pieces.
Condition
one Allen sword with some rust to blade; age cracks to ivory on 4th and slight rust to blade, small dents to its scabbard; German sword with damages to leather of scabbard and loose throat, otherwise good
