Felix Kelly, Ferncliff: The colors are bright and fresh and the work appears to be in generally good condition. Not examined out of the frame. Ready to hang. Currier & Ives, Sunnyside: executed circa 1857 and 1872. Sight: 9 3/8 by 13 1/2 in. (23.8 by 34.3 cm) Framed in an acid mat. In generally good condition. Not examined out of the frame.
