Condition
The surface of the work is in good condition apart from pigment separation throughout visible under raking light. Pressed craquelure and a vertical fissure extending from the upper left edge, visible front and back, which appears to be smoothed with varnish. Under UV: Some repaint addressing pigment separation mainly left of the dog and a heavier area of repaint left of its head; older repaint addressing frame abrasion along the right and lower left edges. Ready to hang.
