The oval mirror plate within a conforming gadrooned and fluted frame, the crest surmounted by a foliate finial above a canopy of pendant stiff leaves over a circular glass reverse-painted with a putto en grisaille, above foliate scrolls, and with strings of pendant husks and flowerheads. Re-gilt, restorations.
Condition
Good condition; some restoration to verre eglomise panel; small nicks and wear to gilding which appears stable; minor pitting to the mirror plate.
