Very good condition; the colors to the paint fresh and with only minor losses; the silvering to the mirror in good condition with some small losses including a triangular loss to the center of the top edge and three small losses above the house now filled-in; small losses to the upper left corner; crystallization and pitting to the silvering; some minor inpainting to bottom parts of the picture. Small chips and losses to the japanned decoration to the frame.
