comprising a teapot and cover, a sugar bowl and cover, a footed milk jug, two teacups and saucers and two teaspoons, fitted in a velvet-lined marquetry box, interlaced L's, date letter o, one cup with the painter's mark for Raux, one saucer with L for L'Ecot and the milk jug with D.T. for Droute in blue enamel.
Condition
Teapot and cover: There are two approximate 2-inch long areas along the rim, where the gilding has been retouched. The tip of the spout is restored and regilt.
Sugar bowl and cover: The cover has two 1-inch long restored and regilt area along the rim, possibly covering chips.
Milk jug: In generally good condition.
Teacups and saucers: One teacup has a 1-1/2 by 1 inch restored and regilt area by the rim, possibly covering a haircrack running down the rim.
Spoons: One spoon has been broken off from the handle and restored back.
