monogrammed with script initials JJA in raised gilding, printed crowned MINTONS globe mark in green and retailer's mark GILMAN COLLAMORE & CO. 5^TH AVE & 30^TH ST. NEW YORK, sixteen with the pattern number G 7064 in red script.

All in generally good condition, except: Two plates, each with some crazing and discoloration. Six plates, each with some wear to the gilding on the acid-etched central monogram.

The monogrammed initials are most probably for John Jacob Astor IV (1864-1912), who was a passenger on the maiden voyage of the ill-fated RMS Titanic.
