Seven etchings and 24 lithographs, circa 1940, most signed in pencil, most titled, thirteen of the lithographs numbered, the rest of the prints with inscriptions, on various papers (31 prints)

Condition

Sheets with wide margins, in generally good condition apart from the details below. Etchings: Four sheets with pin holes at intervals along extreme edges of sheet. Two sheets with minor paper losses at extreme edges. Two sheets with strips of hinge showing at one edge recto. One sheet with ink markings in the lower right corner. Sheets with occasional minor creasing at edges, pale traces of handling marks (finger prints on one sheet) and surface dirt, minor stains (away from image), very pale paper discoloration at edges of sheet. Lithographs: Eight sheets with a band of discoloration along extreme edges due to adhesive verso showing through recto. Three sheets taped along edges of sheet verso to the window-mount. 'On The Track' with pressure marks from previous hingeing at upper corners showing through recto. 'Harness Horse' with pin holes at intervals along sheet edges. 'Leading Out' with a small skinned area below title, a tiny strip of tape adhered to the right of image. Sheets with occasional pale paper discoloration, minor tears and nicks at edges, soft creases, minor handling marks, surface dirt and minor stains, scattered foxing, other minor defects. A few sheets with remains of tape at edges recto or verso. The verso of some sheets with pale scattered foxing and surface dirt.
