The complete portfolio, comprising 38 lithographs, 23 printed in colors, 1967, signed in pencil on the justification page, also signed in ball-point pen on the half-title and title pages, dedicated 'Pour D2/ Larry Poullack/Ch/Souvenir' and dated '1972 St Paul', with a signed ink drawing on the blank leaf (not submitted to the Comité Chagall for authentication), numbered 171 from the total edition of 270 published by Tériade, Paris, on Arches wove paper, with the original paper wrappers and linen-covered boards and slipcase (38 prints)
Condition
The prints are in good condition, with full margins. Some scattered foxing and pale discoloration at the sheet edges, several of the early text leaves with more widespread fox marks. (The slipcase with very minor surface soiling.)
