  • Gelatin silver print

Condition

This photograph, on semi-glossy double-weight paper, is in generally excellent condition. Upon very close examination, the following are visible: a tiny glossy deposit of indeterminate nature in the upper right quadrant; and a 1/4-inch soft irregular indentation in the upper central portion of the image. The tips of the upper corners are ever-so-slightly bumped, and there is a miniscule chip along the left edge. On the reverse of the print, 'Hen 22' is written in an unidentified hand in pencil. The reverse is somewhat darkened and there are a few small light rust-colored deposits of indeterminate nature. There are 2 thin hinge remnants along the upper edge on the reverse.
