Andreas Markel, orfèvre de Vienne, qui faisait également des boîtes en or, accéda à la maîtrise et installa son affaire en 1824, sis à Windmühle, Krongasse 49. Il semble travaillé à plusieurs adresses jusqu'en janvier 1855, puis demeura actif au sein de la corporation jusqu'à sa mort en 1866.
Andreas Markel, a Viennese silversmith who also made gold boxes, became master and opened his business in 1824 from Windmühle, Krongasse 49. He appears to have worked at various addresses until January 1855, then continuing to play a part in the running of the guild until his death in 1866.
