Condition
silver-gilt mounting that holds the enamel slightly misshappened in bottom right hand corner of cover, some little losses to silver-gilt inlay in the enamel in this area enamel and enamel here is slightly rough to touch but no visible restorations. Legible marks under the base and inside the cover. The bas eand the cover rim struck with later Austrian control marks. Assay scrape under the base.
