Surface is clean and painting can be hung as is. the paint surface has been slightly pressed, though details overall have been well retained. examination under ultraviolet light reveals scattered retouches, mostly in the background. the figure of the woman seated at center has numerous small and carefully applied retouches in her face, neck and chest to cover old damages. The remaining figures have some scattered restorations, but are in overall better state. no further work is needed.
