Etching with touches of drypoint, 1645, a delicate impression of this rare and lightly bitten print, the only state, with plate tone and horizontal wiping scratches
Condition
With thread margins, the tip of upper right corner made up with touches of pale grey wash, a 3mm horizontal tear at centre of left edge, small rubbed area just above woman, thin areas at corners (mainly visible verso), a small fox mark on hem of the Virgin, other minor defects, unframed.
