Etchings with aquatint, drypoint and engraving, 1799, the complete set of 80 plates, very good to fine impressions, from the third edition of 1868, published by the Real Academia, Madrid, on wove paper, with a yellow pasteboard cover, in a binding of dark green morocco gilt, spine gilt in compartments, gilt-edged sheets, with a green marbled slipcase

Condition

With margins, in good condition apart from plate 1 (H. 36) with soft creasing and minor nicks at edges of the sheet; some gentle cockling, very pale water stains on early pages at extreme left of sheet edges, occasional fox marks, minor stains and surface dirt; the pasteboard cover with repaired tears, stains and pale paper discoloration, the binding and slipcase in good condition, unframed.
