Condition

Hinged to the mount at the upper margin. Red chalk remains fresh and vibrant. The pen and ink inscription on the verso can be seen ever so slightly on the recto. Small nicks at the upper margin, mainly concentrated at the left hand side. Very light scattered foxing recto and verso. There is a faint crease running vertically down the centre of the sheet. Overall in good condition, chalk is strong. Sold in a rectangular gilded frame.
