- The deification of Aeneas

Condition
The canvas has an old loose relining. The paint surface is generally secure with some signs of old flaking under an old very yellowed varnish. Some scattered old losses are visible in the catalogue illustration as is an old restored damage lower left. Inspection under UV light is impeded by the aforementioned varnish.
Offered in an ornate gilt wood and plaster frame in good condition.
