This handsome bronze sculpture shows that while Etrog’s work certainly evolved into a number of different sculptural ideas and forms over time, there always remained a strong family resemblance. His work in whatever medium portrays his stamp and image with indelible certainty. And despite myriad variations he spins at every stage of his career, he never falls into repetition. Every work is freshly conceived and has its own energy and personality, as Confessions #2 so boldly shows.
