by an unnamed Chinese artist, in watercolour and gouche, on rice-paper, the drawings depicting four variously seated female musicians 

overall size 23.2 x 18.2cm, framed and glazed, no place or date [China, late nineteenth or early twentieth century], light discolouration to paper, a few small marks, very slight damp-staining to lower margin and tiny tear to leading edge of one drawing
