The richly-illustrated periodical Arts et métiers graphiques surveyed modern and historic aspects of design, advertising, typography, photography, book binding, book illustration and the processes of printing, from Braille to photolithography. It also includes sections printed in letterpress on thicker paper and tipped-in samples of pages from limited edition works or from private presses containing text or woodcuts or lithographs, as well as samples of typefaces and advertising material such as leaflets and sheets of packaging.
