comprising seven separate sketch-leaves for instrumental works and operettas, occasionally with the words, notated in black ink and in pencil, on up to twenty staves per page, inscribed by the composer with titles ("Concerto"; "Ouverture"; "andante"), keys, words ("un Jour d'été ") and instrumentation ("...8va 1er Violon, 2o viol..." and "A mol orchestra"..), mostly for unidentified works



12 pages, mainly folio, various paper-types, occasional staining and browning, and some show-through, together with an autograph letter signed "Jacques Offenbach" to Mme Lion, 1 page 12mo, no place or date

2) one leaf, 2 pages, folio, notated on 12 staves in black ink and pencil, annotated "E mol", and "Thema", thick paper, with a few stains
3) one leaf, folio, notated on four three-stave systems, in black ink, and with seven single staves on the verso, some show-, through
4) one page, folio, notated on 20 staves, annotated "Concerto", "andante" and "à vent",  some light browning
5) one bifolium, 2 pages, 4to, 10-stave paper, notated in black ink and pencil, marked "Andante", "g moll" etc,
