Condition

Stable board. The work has been float-mounted, attached to the artist's back board by several small pins to the corners and extreme edges. These are visible. The board is roughly cut, with jagged edges in keeping with the artist's technique. There is minor surface dirt and dust visible. There are instances of lifting and loss to areas of the applied brown pigment, in keeping with the nature of the technique of application, including an area to the glass and to the top edge of the work. There is a small instance of lifting to the central piece of applied card in the upper left corner. This excepting the work appears in good, stable overall condition. Ultraviolet light reveals some areas of fluorescence. These appear to be in keeping with the nature of the material. Housed behind glass, float-mounted against a white backboard and set within a white wooden frame. Unexamined out of frame.
