Condition

Original canvas. The work is float-mounted with visible edges. Frame abrasions are apparent with isolated areas of resultant loss along the extreme edges. There are some very minor isolated flecks of loss to some of the tips of the impasto, as well as isolated areas of a very fine craquelure in isolated areas, most apparent in a small area in the bottom right hand quadrant. Ultraviolet light reveals one or two very minor isolated flecks of flourescence and probable retouching to areas of the sky. Float-mounted in a gilt wooden frame against a blue linen-textured mount.
