- 72.5 by 84.5cm.; 28½ by 33¼in.
- Executed in 1994.
Provenance
Annely Juda Fine Art, London, where acquired by the present owner
Condition
Original canvas. There is an unfinished composition on the reverse.
There is minor dirt visible to the canvas. There are signs of a fine craquelure to the thicker area of white pigment running along the extreme right hand edge, as well as a further small area to the bottom right hand corner of the work. There appears to be a small abrasion to what was a raised spot of white pigment in the bottom right quadrant just to the right of the bottom of the pink skittle.
Ultraviolet light reveals a few pigments which fluoresce, but these appear to be the hand of the artist, and do not suggest re-touching.
Housed in a thin, light-wood frame.
