Condition
The sheet is sound and not laid down but appears to be adhered to the backboard in a few places about the edges. The sheet undulates and the edges are deckled.
There are isolated spots of craquelure to the thicker pigments in all four quadrants, notably the yellow, and a resultant fleck of paint loss to the black pigment along the centre of the upper edge. Generally the work is in good original condition with strong bright colours throughout.
Held under glass in a white painted wood frame with a white backing; unexamined out of frame.
