Condition
The sheet is sound and not laid down but appears to be adhered to the backboard in a few places about the edges. The sheet undulates, and the edges are deckled. There are a few creases with one or two extremely minor tears to the left and right edges, which are part of the deckled nature of the sheet.
Generally the work is in excellent original condition with strong bright colours throughout. There are two very minor spots of flaking and cracking paint to the maroon pigment along the centre of the upper edge and in the bottom left corner, and to two spots in the light green pigment lower left.
Held under glass in a white painted wood frame with a white backing; unexamined out of frame.
