Condition

Overall the condition of the bronze is good with dirt and wear to the surface consistent with age. There is a small drilled hole to the top of the head. There are two slightly open stable original casting joints to the tops of each arm. There are a few slight fissures, including to the front and back of the neck. There are a few small casting flaws and some nicks and scratches to the back. There are remnants of old lacquers. There is some dryness to the patina, including at the chest. There is a small pin/ plug to the top of the proper right foot and a slight short pour to the side of the big toe. There is wear the the edges of the socle.
