18 Karat White Gold, Pink Sapphire and Diamond Lariat

Composed of four strands of faceted pink sapphire beads weighing approximately 552.00 carats, spaced at intervals by round diamond beads, terminating with multi-strand tassels, the fringes completed by briolette diamonds and pink sapphires, accented by numerous round, bead, briolette and old European-cut diamonds weighing approximately 22.35 carats, length 43 inches.

In good condition overall. The pink sapphires are a medium-light reddish pink, lighter than they appear in the printed catalogue, and are moderately included. The diamonds are approximately G-K color, VS-I clarity, with the diamond briolettes being more included than the diamonds set in the tops. Circa 1980.
