Centered by an oval-shaped cabochon sapphire weighing approximately 14.00 carats, within an openwork frame set with numerous small round and single-cut diamonds, size 5¼, fitted with an inner sizing band, signed Buccellati.

In good condition, with some gentle wear. The sapphire is a medium-deep violetish blue, heavily included with some surface-reaching inclusions. The diamonds are approximately H-I color, VS-SI clarity and weigh approximately .80 carat. Please note that there are single-cut and round diamonds, not just round diamonds as noted in the printed catalogue. Well-made, with very fine detailing to the metal throughout. Minor evidence of previous re-sizing.
