The caseback depicting the face of Medusa, suspended by graduating links decorated with scrollwork motifs, gross weight approximately 46 dwts, manual movement, length 8½ inches, dial and pendant signed Marcus & Co.; circa 1910.

Condition

In good condition with gentle wear to the gold. The scrollwork on the graduated plaques is echoed by attractive stippling to the reserve. The cable link chain possibly later-added. The movement, signed Marcus & Co., currently running, but the subsidiary seconds dial runs inconsistently.
