The oval-shaped ruby weighing 6.58 carats, flanked by two half-moon shaped diamonds weighing approximately 2.25 carats, size 7ΒΌ.

Condition

In very good condition. The ruby is medium slightly pinkish red. It is slightly to moderately inlcuded, some crystals and a group of silky clouds confined to one quadrant (as seen under magnification), otherwise the stone remains transpare and lively. There is a significant cavity on the pavilion by one of the shoulders, the reflection of this cavity can be seen through the table under magnification. The table of the stone exhibits some abrasions, but the crown maintains a good polish. The diamonds are approximately H-J color, VS clarity. The mounting with some gentle scratching and denting due to wear. Accompanied by AGL report no. CS 49680 stating the ruby is of Burmese origin, with no indication of heating.
