The oval cabochon emerald weighing 16.58 carats, within a simple gold mounting, size 5ΒΌ.

Condition

Accompanied by AGL report no. CS 48010 stating that the emerald is of Classic Colombian origin, clarity enhancement: insignificant to faint, type: traditional. The emerald is a bright and lively medium slightly bluish green color and is of good clarity. Minor surface reaching inclusions, tiny chips and some scratching to the surface. Light scratching to the mounting, but in good condition overall.
