Of bombé form set with cushion-shaped and oval rubellites weighing approximately 65.00 carats, framed by round diamonds weighing approximately 5.50 carats, accented by turquoise cabochons, with retractable pendant loop and hook, signed Webb; together with a 14 karat gold rope chain, gross weight approximately 21 dwts., length 24 inches, not illustrated.
Condition
Accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity from David Webb. In very good condition. The lively, slightly purplish medium-pink rubellites are heavily included as is typical of the material. The 20 turquoise cabochons are slightly greenish medium-light blue with slight variations in color, lighter than shown in the printed catalogue; two examples with minor black matrix. The 64 round diamonds are approximately F-G color, VVS-VS clarity. The ropetwist chain in good condition.
