Description

- 18 karat gold, citrine, smokey quartz, clip brooch
Set in the center with a large oval citrine, framed by a tiered block of smokey quartz, maker's mark for Groëné et Darde, French assay marks. With fitted and signed box.
Condition
In very good condition with minute abrasions to the edges of the smoky quartz. Discoloration to the hinge of the clip. The quartz is a soft shade of taupe and lightly included. The citrine is medium-light yellowish orange and eye-clean. The maker's mark and assay mark may be found on the underside of the clip. Wonderfully architectural and "monumental" in design.
