Platinum, Color Change Sapphire and Diamond Ring, Bulgari

The cushion-shaped color-change sapphire weighing approximately 5.05 carats, flanked and framed by rose-cut and single-cut diamonds, size 7¼, signed Bulgari.

Exhibiting a very slight color change, much more subtle than seen in the printed catalogue, from blue-violet under fluorescent light to purple under incandescent light, with eye-clean clarity. The 14 diamonds are near colorless and decorative in quality and the mounting is circa 1925. In very good condition. Please note that this lot is accompanied by a copy of GRS report GRS2004/050783 stating natural color-changing sapphire, without indication of thermal treatment.
