The centre set with an oval rubellite, within a border of circular-cut rubies and brilliant-cut diamonds, the shoulders similarly set, size 52, pouch stamped Michele della Valle.
Condition
Rubies of Burmese origin cannot be imported into the US. This piece may contain rubies of Burmese origin and therefore may not be able to be imported into the US. Stamped 750 for 18 carat gold. Signed MdV. Rubellite estimated to measure approximately 30.35 x 19.30 x 8.85 mm and estimated to weigh approximately 32.70 carats, with typical crystal inclusions, few nicks and abrasions. Rubies well matched in colour, few scratches, nicks and abrasions. Diamonds bright and lively. Little signs of wear to the metal. In good condition.
