Suspending fringes of barrel-shaped carved emeralds, ruby beads, seed pearls, single-, circular- and brilliant-cut diamonds, enhanced with black enamel, signed Cartier Paris and numbered, French assay and maker's marks.

Condition

Rubies of Burmese origin cannot be imported into the US, this piece may contain a ruby of Burmese origin and therefore may not be able to be imported into the US. Certification of non-Burmese origin is required before the import of rubies into the US. Please see our Important Notices and contact the jewellery department for further information. Indistinct French assay mark. Signed Cartier Paris, maker's marks, numbered 00742. Emeralds and rubies well matched in colour, with typical crystal inclusions, some are surface reaching, nicks and abrasions, chips and loss to some stones are also visible but not when worn. Seed pearls with creamy and pinkish overtones. Total diamond weight estimated to be approximately 2.00 carats, G-H colour, VS-SI clarity. Enamel with abrasions, some loss as well. Signs of wear to the metal consistent with wear and use. In good condition.
